We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We also store your assistant configurations, chat history, and integration credentials.
Your information is used solely to provide the AIPersonnel service — running your AI assistants, processing your requests, and managing your account.
Each user's AI assistant runs in a completely isolated Cloudflare container. Your data, conversations, and files are never accessible to other users. Containers are sandboxed at the infrastructure level.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (R2 storage, Durable Objects) and encrypted at rest. Integration credentials (e.g., Gmail tokens) are stored encrypted in our database.
We use Cloudflare for hosting and container infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic for AI processing. Each processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data including container contents, chat history, and credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
